Shipping, Duties & Delivery Policy

Honorable Mention’s primary domestic shipping carriers are UPS Ground and FedEx. USPS may be used for orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, rural addresses, or locations that are best served by the Postal Service.

For international orders, Honorable Mention primarily ships through UPS whenever available. We do our best to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible while still ensuring that each order is packaged and shipped with care.

International Shipping: $22 USD

UPS Ground Saver has been removed from our shipping options. Since UPS Ground Saver packages are ultimately transferred to USPS for final delivery, we have replaced that option with standard UPS Ground to provide a more consistent shipping experience.

Free Shipping

Honorable Mention offers free U.S. shipping on orders of $85 USD or more.

Eligible domestic orders will ship through UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on which carrier provides the best service for the delivery location. Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes or rural addresses may be shipped through USPS.

Honorable Mention offers free international shipping on orders of $120 USD or more.

International orders will continue to ship through UPS whenever available.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders enter our production queue 48 hours after purchase. Customers have 48 hours from the time of purchase to request any cancellations, shipping corrections, order changes, or order merge requests.

Once an order enters processing, cancellations, changes, additions, or adjustments can no longer be made.

Honorable Mention reserves up to 8 business days for order processing and fulfillment before an order ships. During high-volume periods, product launches, restocks, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing times may increase.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday, excluding public holidays and business closures.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided by email or text, depending on the contact information entered at checkout.

Combined Orders

Orders placed under the same name, email address, and shipping address may be automatically merged into one shipment whenever possible.

Once orders have been merged, no additional changes can be made. If you need to request an order merge, the request must be made within 48 hours of purchase.

Shipping refunds for combined orders may be issued when applicable. Please allow time for any refund to reflect back to the original payment method, as processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Honorable Mention is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or inability to deliver, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

Delivery Issues

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Honorable Mention is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a delivery notice or attempt redelivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange pickup or redelivery when required.

Honorable Mention is not responsible for packages that are not collected, are returned due to failed delivery attempts, or are delayed by customs or carrier processing.

International Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT, or additional charges required by the destination country.

Honorable Mention is not responsible for these charges. The customer is solely responsible for payment of any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or related fees required by local laws, customs authorities, or the delivery courier.

Honorable Mention has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

In some countries, customers may be required to obtain special authorization, provide additional information, or complete additional customs steps in order to receive imported goods.

For international deliveries, a customs clearance fee, declaration fee, duty fee, tax, or brokerage charge may be due before or at delivery. These charges are determined by the local customs authority or courier and are not set or collected by Honorable Mention.

If a customer refuses to pay customs fees, refuses delivery, or fails to complete required customs steps, the package may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by customs authorities. In those cases, Honorable Mention cannot assume responsibility, and refunds will not be issued.
