Shipping, Duties & Delivery Policy

Honorable Mention’s primary domestic shipping carrier is UPS. For international orders, we primarily use UPS. We do our best to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible where we can, while still ensuring orders are packaged and shipped with care.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional charges required by the destination country. Honorable Mention is not responsible for these charges. The customer is solely responsible for payment of any import duties, taxes, or related fees required by local laws or customs authorities.

Honorable Mention has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. In some countries, customers may be required to obtain special authorization or complete additional steps in order to receive imported goods.

For international deliveries, a customs clearance or declaration fee may be due upon delivery of the package. These charges are determined by the local customs authority or courier and are not set or collected by Honorable Mention.

If a customer refuses to pay customs fees or declines delivery, the package may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by customs authorities. In such cases, Honorable Mention cannot assume responsibility, and refunds will not be issued.


Please Note

Items from multiple orders may be combined into a single shipment unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Honorable Mention reserves up to six business days for order processing and fulfillment. During high-volume periods, product launches, or restocks, dispatch times may increase by up to two additional business days.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email so you can monitor delivery progress.

Orders are delivered to the shipping address entered at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a delivery notice or attempt redelivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange collection or redelivery when required.

Honorable Mention is not responsible for packages that are not collected, are returned due to failed delivery attempts, or are delayed due to customs processing, courier delays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.
