SHIPPING CARRIERS

Honorable Mention currently offers domestic shipping through USPS, UPS Ground, and FedEx.

Orders containing fragrance products may be subject to carrier restrictions because alcohol based fragrances are regulated for transportation.

USPS fragrance orders will be shipped using the applicable HAZMAT service and labeling requirements. Because of these restrictions, fragrance shipments may be limited to eligible ground transportation services.

UPS and FedEx fragrance shipments will also be prepared and shipped in accordance with applicable carrier requirements.

Hold Order for Later Shipment: $0.00 at checkout. Shipping will be invoiced separately when applicable.

UPS Ground Saver is no longer offered. Because Ground Saver packages are ultimately transferred to USPS for final delivery, Honorable Mention has replaced this service with standard UPS Ground.

HOLD ORDER FOR LATER SHIPMENT

Honorable Mention now offers a Hold Order for Later Shipment option at checkout for customers who are not ready to have their order shipped immediately.

This option may be useful if you are traveling, temporarily displaced due to a storm or other event, unable to safely receive packages, or planning to make a future purchase when additional items are restocked.

Selecting Hold Order for Later Shipment allows Honorable Mention to prepare and securely hold your order until you are ready to request shipment.

The $0.00 shown at checkout is not free shipping. It means shipping is being postponed rather than charged at the time of the original purchase. A separate shipping invoice will be sent when applicable before the held order is released for shipment. Applicable shipping costs will be based on the shipment and available shipping options at that time.

Customers who qualify for free shipping under Honorable Mention's current free shipping threshold will not be charged an additional shipping fee when applicable.

Selecting this option does not reserve, hold, or guarantee inventory that has not yet been purchased. Products must be purchased while they are available in order to be secured.

Customers may make a later purchase while their original order is being held. However, each purchase remains a separate order in our system. When possible and permitted by applicable shipping requirements, Honorable Mention may package held purchases together for shipment. This does not change or combine the original order records.

Held orders do not begin the standard fulfillment and shipping timeline until the customer requests shipment. Once you are ready to have your order released, please contact Honorable Mention at info@honorablemention.us with your order number.

Honorable Mention is not responsible for delays caused by a customer choosing to hold an order.

FREE SHIPPING

U.S. Orders: Free shipping on orders of $85 USD or more.

Eligible domestic orders will ship using the carrier and service selected or assigned to the order based on shipping eligibility.

International Orders: Free international shipping on orders of $120 USD or more.

International orders will primarily ship through UPS whenever available.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation or shipping address correction.

After the 24 hour window has passed, the order is considered final and may enter our production and fulfillment queue.

Once this window has closed, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, added to, adjusted, or combined with another order.

The Hold Order for Later Shipment option only postpones shipment. It does not extend the cancellation period or allow products to be added to an existing order.

Please carefully review your order, shipping address, and selected products before completing checkout.

SEPARATE ORDERS

Honorable Mention does not merge separate order records.

If multiple orders are placed, each order remains an individual purchase with its own order number and transaction history.

Customers using the Hold Order for Later Shipment option may make additional purchases while an earlier order is being held. When appropriate, Honorable Mention may ship eligible held purchases in the same outgoing package. This is a shipping accommodation only and does not merge or modify the original orders.

Shipping charges previously paid on separate orders are not automatically combined or refunded.

PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Honorable Mention reserves up to 8 business days for order processing and fulfillment before shipment.

During high volume periods, launches, restocks, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing times may increase.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday, excluding public holidays and announced business closures.

Orders placed using Hold Order for Later Shipment are excluded from the normal shipment timeline while the hold is active. The applicable processing period will begin or resume once shipment is requested.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email or text using the contact information provided at checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Orders are shipped to the address confirmed for shipment. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate.

For held orders, customers should notify Honorable Mention of any necessary address changes before requesting shipment.

Honorable Mention is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, misdelivered, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided or confirmed by the customer.

If a package is returned to Honorable Mention because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or inability to deliver, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations.

Honorable Mention is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If the recipient is unavailable at delivery, the carrier may leave a notice, hold the package, or attempt redelivery. Customers are responsible for arranging pickup or redelivery when required.

Honorable Mention is not responsible for packages that are not collected or are returned because of failed delivery attempts.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in Honorable Mention's shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Honorable Mention does not determine, collect, or control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Depending on the destination country, customers may be required to provide additional information, obtain authorization, pay customs charges, or complete additional clearance requirements before receiving their order.

Customs clearance fees, declaration fees, duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage charges are determined by the applicable customs authority or courier.

If a customer refuses to pay required customs charges, refuses delivery, or fails to complete required customs procedures, the package may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority.

Refunds will not be issued for international orders that are refused, abandoned, returned, or destroyed because the customer failed to pay required duties, taxes, customs charges, or complete required customs procedures.
