SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Honorable Mention, every order is prepared, packaged, and shipped with care. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing your order.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Honorable Mention currently ships domestic orders using USPS, UPS Ground, and FedEx.

Orders containing fragrance products may be subject to additional transportation requirements because alcohol based fragrances are regulated for shipping.

USPS fragrance orders will be shipped using the applicable HAZMAT service and labeling requirements. Because of these regulations, fragrance shipments may be limited to eligible ground transportation services.

UPS and FedEx fragrance shipments will also be prepared and shipped in accordance with applicable carrier requirements.

The shipping carrier used for an order may be selected by Honorable Mention based on package contents, destination, carrier eligibility, shipping regulations, package size, and operational needs.

FREE SHIPPING

Honorable Mention now offers FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders.

There is no minimum purchase requirement for standard domestic shipping unless otherwise stated during a specific promotion, event, or special release.

The carrier and shipping service used will be selected based on the order contents, destination, applicable fragrance shipping regulations, and available carrier services.

Free shipping applies to standard eligible shipping services only.

Expedited shipping, special delivery services, reshipping fees, address correction fees, or other additional shipping services may require a separate charge when applicable.

MULTIPLE ORDERS & ORDER MERGING

Customers may place more than one order.

Honorable Mention may merge multiple orders for shipment at our discretion.

Orders may be combined when the customer information, shipping address, fulfillment status, package contents, carrier requirements, and shipping regulations allow us to do so.

Placing multiple orders does not guarantee that the orders will be merged.

Orders may still ship separately depending on processing status, product availability, packaging requirements, HAZMAT regulations, package size, carrier restrictions, or other operational considerations.

Even when multiple orders are shipped together, each purchase remains a separate order in our system with its original order number, payment record, and transaction history.

Customers do not need to contact Honorable Mention to request that orders be merged unless specifically instructed. Our fulfillment team will determine when combining shipments is appropriate.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request an order cancellation or shipping address correction.

After the 24 hour window has passed, the order is considered final and may enter our production and fulfillment queue.

Once this window has closed, orders generally cannot be cancelled, modified, adjusted, or have additional products added to them.

If you would like additional products after completing checkout, please place a separate order.

Honorable Mention may choose to ship separate orders together when possible, but an additional purchase will not be added to or modify the original order record.

Please carefully review your products, quantities, shipping information, and contact information before completing checkout.

HOLD ORDER FOR LATER SHIPMENT

Honorable Mention may offer a Hold Order for Later Shipment accommodation upon request.

This option may be appropriate for customers who are traveling, temporarily unable to safely receive packages, displaced because of weather or another event, or who otherwise need shipment postponed.

Approval of a shipment hold is at Honorable Mention's discretion.

A shipment hold delays the shipment of products that have already been purchased. It does not reserve or guarantee merchandise that has not yet been purchased.

Products must be purchased while they are available in order to be secured.

Customers may place additional orders while an earlier order is being held. When appropriate and permitted by applicable shipping regulations, Honorable Mention may package eligible held purchases together when shipment is eventually released.

Each purchase will remain a separate order in our system even when multiple orders are shipped in the same package.

Held orders are excluded from the normal fulfillment timeline while the hold is active.

When you are ready for your held order to be released, please contact info@honorablemention.us and include your order number.

Honorable Mention is not responsible for delays resulting from a customer requested shipment hold.

PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

Honorable Mention reserves up to 8 business days for order processing and fulfillment before shipment.

Business days are Monday through Thursday, excluding public holidays and announced business closures.

Weekends and holidays are not included when calculating processing time.

During launches, restocks, holidays, unusually high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other unexpected circumstances, processing times may increase.

Processing time refers to the time required for Honorable Mention to prepare your order. It does not include the carrier's delivery transit time after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Please note that receiving a tracking number or seeing a shipping label created does not necessarily mean that the carrier has already scanned or transported the package.

Carrier tracking may take additional time to update after packages are transferred to the carrier.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

Address correction requests must be submitted within the applicable 24 hour order adjustment period whenever possible.

Honorable Mention cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

Honorable Mention is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, misdelivered, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to Honorable Mention because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery attempt, inability to deliver, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for any additional costs required to resend the order.

DELIVERY & CARRIER DELAYS

Once an order has been transferred to and accepted by the shipping carrier, transportation and delivery are subject to that carrier's operations.

Estimated delivery dates displayed by a carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Honorable Mention.

Honorable Mention is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including:

Weather conditions
Carrier delays
Transportation disruptions
Natural disasters
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Failed delivery attempts
Recipient unavailability
Government restrictions
Customs processing
High volume shipping periods
Other carrier related circumstances

If the recipient is unavailable when delivery is attempted, the carrier may attempt redelivery, hold the package for pickup, or return the shipment.

Customers are responsible for following carrier instructions regarding pickup or redelivery.

Honorable Mention is not responsible for packages returned because they were not collected or because required delivery arrangements were not completed.

 DAMAGED, OR DELIVERY ISSUE CLAIMS

If your package arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or with missing merchandise, please contact info@honorablemention.us as soon as possible.

Please include your:

Order number
Name
Description of the issue
Photos of the shipping box
Photos of the shipping label
Photos of the damaged or affected merchandise

Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Honorable Mention will review delivery concerns individually and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability may change based on carrier capabilities, fragrance transportation regulations, destination country requirements, and operational availability.

If international shipping is available at checkout, customers are responsible for reviewing the requirements of their destination country before purchasing.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT, declaration charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.

These charges are not controlled by Honorable Mention and are the responsibility of the customer unless specifically stated otherwise.

Honorable Mention does not determine or control customs charges and cannot guarantee the amount a destination country may assess.

Customers may be required to provide additional information, complete customs documentation, obtain authorization, or pay required charges before an international shipment can be released.

If a customer refuses delivery, refuses to pay required customs charges, or fails to complete required customs procedures, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority.

Refunds may not be issued for international shipments that are refused, abandoned, returned, or destroyed because required customs duties, taxes, fees, or clearance procedures were not completed by the customer.

By completing a purchase with Honorable Mention, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping, processing, cancellation, delivery, order merging, shipment hold, address, and applicable international shipping terms outlined in this policy.

Honorable Mention reserves the right to update shipping carriers, available services, processing procedures, and shipping policies as needed to comply with carrier requirements, transportation regulations, and operational needs.
