No Return & No Refund Policy

At Honorable Mention, each fragrance is carefully crafted, inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment with quality, safety, and hygiene standards in mind. Due to the personal and sanitary nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

By placing an order with Honorable Mention, the customer acknowledges and agrees that returns, exchanges, cancellations, chargebacks related to scent preference, and refunds are not accepted once an order has been placed and processed unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Why Fragrances Are Non-Returnable

Fragrance is considered a personal-use cosmetic product. Once a perfume has been opened, sprayed, handled, exposed to air, or removed from its original condition, it can no longer be verified as unused, uncontaminated, or suitable for resale. For the protection, hygiene, and safety of all customers, returned fragrance products cannot be restocked or resold.

Scent perception is also highly subjective. Individual taste, body chemistry, environment, storage conditions, expectations, and application methods may influence how a fragrance smells or performs from person to person. Honorable Mention is not responsible for dissatisfaction related to personal scent preference, perceived performance differences, or fragrance expectations.

Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review fragrance descriptions, notes, concentrations, and available sample options before purchasing full-size bottles.

Additionally, fragrance products are classified as flammable goods and may be subject to shipping and transportation restrictions, which further limits return eligibility and handling options.

Atomizer Issues, Damaged Items & Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or with a non-functioning atomizer, you must contact Honorable Mention within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at:

To be considered for review, customers must provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the packaging and product
• Clear video proof showing the atomizer issue or defect
• Photos of shipping materials if applicable

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Honorable Mention reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, partial resolution, or other accommodation will be provided.

Unless otherwise stated by Honorable Mention, customers may also be required to return the defective product before any resolution is issued. Returned products must be sent back in the condition requested by Honorable Mention. Failure to return the requested product may result in denial of replacement or assistance.

Honorable Mention is not responsible for damages caused after delivery, including but not limited to improper handling, storage conditions, dropping bottles, exposure to heat or sunlight, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal cosmetic wear to packaging.

By completing a purchase from Honorable Mention, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Return & No Refund Policy in full.

EU Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period").

However, please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery. If your order arrives sealed and the seal is intact, this exemption may apply.

To exercise your right of withdrawal (where applicable), contact us at honorablementioncollective@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
